Submitting a design request is an enquiry, not an order. We will review your request and contact you to confirm the details, pricing and timescales before anything is produced.

By uploading artwork, logos or photographs you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. BayCo Designs cannot produce items that infringe someone else's copyright or trademark.

Because items are personalised and made to order, they cannot usually be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from printed or embroidered results. We will always confirm details with you before production begins.
